Sweet plum tomatoes from farms known for their organic output are sun-ripened, before being peeled, then left to marinate in a rich tomato sauce. The result are flavoursome, nutritious whole tomatoes that make a perfect accompaniment to a whole host of dishes.
Storage: Keep in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight. Once opened, consume as fast as possible and place in an airtight container.
